We wanted to give Alena a special shout-out for making school history! Congratulations! Girls Wrestling is one of the fastest-growing high school sports right now. Here are a few bits of information: - High school girls wrestling in Idaho has grown exponentially, with participation numbers increasing at a rapid pace. - Since the first official state tournament in 2022, participation has increased by 126%. - In 2023, participation in Idaho increased from 132 to 661, a 401% increase. - The 2024–2025 season is the fourth year the Girls Division is an officially sponsored sport in Idaho.
